On December, 14th there was the open lecture on “Lean Management and Continuous Improvement” (in English), presented by the lecturer of the Department of Enterprise Economics O. Mykolenko. The objective of the lecture was to provide students with additional knowledge about LEAN methodology and its tools. Visualization of material and short videos contributed to better understanding of the discussed issues.

In the second part of the lecture students got the opportunity to practice LEAN methodology on Business case from Ukrainian business environment. The goal of this practice was to identify all kinds of wastes that resulted in an unproductive activity of the company.
